I am the Founder of Neochange, a bay-area user adoption services firm that specializes in user adoption analytics.

Anyone that has met me knows that I am obsessed with User Success, I have been working on user adoption challenges for over 15 years having advised many software companies and their customer on how to improve business impact through user adoption. Example software clients include CA, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, Symantec, VMware. Most of my efforts however have been focused on the buyers of enterprise software, some of our clients have included Wells Fargo, McKesson, DirecTV, and Cisco. We have an SAP User Analytic solution that we launched last year and is now sold by SAP and SAP implementation firms.

In terms of topics to discuss with me, I am a bit of a data freak! I love finding the truth hidden in data and helping my clients shape powerful stories that compel organizational change - thus the company name Neochange.

On a personal note I love brewing beer for my friends and co-hosting large family gatherings in our local community with my wife who is a cooking instructor. I have two fantastic boys that constantly remind me how amazing the learning process can be - gotta love Minecraft!
