People inspire me, and I want to inspire them - to be empathetic and think more creatively to better showcase their unique value proposition, whether it's for an individual, team, project, business unit or even the entire company.

Before recently leaving SAP, I spent several years as a design thinking practitioner, coach, trainer, and mentor as we grew and scaled the practice both internally and externally. Since leaving SAP I continue to work closely with teams from startups to large corporations to help them drive greater success. This is accomplished by first instilling a mindset, and ultimately a culture, of creativity and innovation by leveraging the techniques of design thinking, value proposition and business model design.
